Are there any additional fees or charges?
Our quoted prices are comprehensive and include insurance, roadside assistance, and basic delivery. Additional charges may apply for extended delivery distances, additional drivers, or optional extras like GPS navigation systems.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. A security deposit is required at the time of rental, which varies depending on the vehicle category. The deposit is fully refunded upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.
Do you offer discounts for longer rentals?
Yes, we offer attractive rates for weekly and monthly rentals. Extended rental discounts start from 7-day bookings, with increasing savings for longer periods. Contact us for a personalised quote based on your specific requirements.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start time incur no penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge, and same-day cancellations forfeit the full rental fee. We recommend travel insurance for added protection.
